• Submit a file that is larger than 5MB?
• If that is the case please press back and submit a smaller file. The market certification system only supports files smaller than 5mb.
• Try a custom URL?
• That can end with unexpected results ... stick to pressing the links or buttons
• File type?
• Perhaps you tried to upload a PDF when you were prompted for a JPG file?
• File name?
• Special characters that can be used in file names are unfriendly to web technologies. If you tried to upload a file which was named using special characters, try renaming the file to a simple file name and attempt the upload again. Characters to avoid include ampersand (&), single and double quotes (' and ") and greater than and less than signs (> and <) amongst others.
